Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for prep time. Because we offer medical aesthetic procedures, each new patient will need to fill out a brief medical history and a consent form.
In fairness to others, we must conclude your treatment on time so the next person can begin on time. If you’re going to be more than five minutes late, please give us a call. We’ll do our best to accommodate you and complete as much of your treatment as possible, or we’ll reschedule your appointment for a time that works better for you. If you are late 15 minutes or more, this is considered a missed appointment and service is not guaranteed. Two or more cancellations that are last minute / no shows results in loss of booking with Skinsational Aesthetics.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 72 hours notice prior to your appointment time. All late cancellations and no-shows will incur $100 cancellation fee.
